For your safety, the concert's candles operate with LED bulbs. They mimic the light of a flame perfectly without needing real fire, so they don't burn or pose any risk.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the temperature regulation varies with the seasons. We suggest coming in comfortable clothes adapted to the year's temperature to enjoy the experience to the fullest and without surprises.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

When will I receive the photo?
You can select your favorite photo before it's printed. Our team will print it while you enjoy the concert, and you can pick it up at the exit. Make sure to collect your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later.

With this pack, you'll get 3 high-quality LED candles that mimic the flicker of an authentic flame. They are completely safe for decorating your home without any risk.

Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Four Seasons by Vivaldi in Tarragona?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Absolutely! You can transfer your tickets free of charge from the Fever app by clicking on the "Transfer tickets" button. If you need support, contact us with the reference number of your ticket.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. We advise you to arrive half an hour early to sit down calmly. The gate will close 5 minutes before the time indicated and no one will be allowed in later, protecting the acoustic experience.

Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the session will close 10 minutes before the show begins. Please come half an hour early so our team can assist you.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
You'll be guided to the photo area right after you enter Aula Magna - Seminari - Casa de Cultura. If you need help, just ask our staff, and they'll point you in the right direction.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
