Description
Escape to Italy for an evening to master the art of making pasta. Follow the steps demonstrated by your Chef Instructor to make one of two beautiful pasta options of either Fettuccine or Tagliatelle. Guests will learn to make dough from scratch, as well as rolling it out and shaping it to create their picture perfect pasta. Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make a Puttanesca Sauce, with the help of some audience participation. Serve the sauce over your al dente cooked pasta and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere.
