What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this is the case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible, except with the Flexible Refund ticket. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Herz-Jesu-Kirche (Sparbersbachgasse 58, 8010 Graz).

Is food or drink available?
No, no food or drink is sold.
Are there toilets?
There are no toilets in the church. Guests can use the public toilets in the park in front of the church.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the Herz-Jesu-Kirche is wheelchair accessible. Please email us in advance at hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything.
Is there a car park?

What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" at the venue?
The photo experience can be purchased at the venue, while stocks last. Guests who book it online together with their concert tickets will be given priority over on-site purchases. On site, we only accept card payment; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To ensure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print them and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we are unable to keep them. If you leave the venue without your photos, we cannot offer you a refund or a new appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you all the details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, simply ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site to validate it and begin your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our responsibility. In this case, we will refund your photo experience booking.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
