Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own sushi rolls like a pro? In this fun, hands-on cooking class, a professional chef will show you everything you need to know. Prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the fresh ingredients, and master the art of rolling. You will be making 3 types of sushi rolls: a California roll, a spicy tuna roll, and the Chef's special "Catch of the Day".
