What different ticket types are available?

Your seat will be in Zone A, B, C or D depending on the view you choose. When you arrive, an usher will show you to your section; seats are assigned on a first-come basis within the zone you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email — you can show either one at the venue, no printing needed.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance during the experience can request 1 free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. Once you've bought your own ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before requesting), contact us with the relevant supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. In that case, contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds aren't allowed under any circumstances; check our terms and conditions for more information.

Where does the experience take place?

At the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid (C. de Alcalá, 42, 28014 Madrid), an indoor venue. Enter through the building's main door and follow staff directions to the concert hall.

How long does it last, and when should I arrive?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start; once it has begun, entry is no longer possible.

How do I get there?

The nearest metro station is Banco de España, on Line 2.

Is food served?

There's no food or drink available inside the concert hall.

Can I bring animals?

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

This venue is enabled for people with reduced mobility and has wheelchair access. The accessible (PMR) area is only in Zones A and B; you'll need to let the coordinator or Fever staff know at the entrance door.

Is parking available?

There's no dedicated parking at the venue.
