No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us in that case, quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

What is the Flexible Refund ticket?

For selected events, the Flexible Refund ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. Contact us up to 48 hours before your experience starts; no supporting documents are required. Please note the ticket is no longer refundable once it has been transferred to another person.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand.
