How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Where does the experience take place?

At St John's Cathedral, 373 Ann St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. Please note the venue does not have air conditioning, so feel free to bring a cushion for your seat.

How do I get to the venue?

The Cathedral is located between Brisbane's CBD and Fortitude Valley. Central Station is less than two blocks (a 5-minute walk) away along Ann Street. Check the TransLink website for train, bus and ferry information.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The concert is held indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food served?

No, food is not served at this venue.

Is there parking available?

On-street kerbside meters on Ann Street are available only between 7-10pm on weekdays. Secure paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park opposite the Cathedral, and limited onsite parking is available in the Cathedral Precinct on weekends or for special events.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes. Disabled access to the Cathedral is via doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What are the different ticket types?

VIP Experience (front row seat with best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

Are the candles real?

For everyone's safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.
