For future reference, I believe that I read that if one arrived early, the quiet beauty of the venue could be enjoyed. This was certainly true at the Vivaldi concert. However, for the Halloween concert, there was an army of docents who were insistent on showing people to certain seats in the non-reserved area. This was accomplished by having a man with a deep voice call out "2 for Zone A" or "4 for Zone B" throughout the seating process. People were lead to the seats. I believe this was unnecessary and caused those seated to chatter rather than quietly enjoying the atmosphere. It was very strange, to say the least.
