Schönes Konzert. Tolle, einzigartige Location. Faire Getränkepreise. Einzig, die Lüftung im hinteren Bereich war etwas laut und störte die Harmonie der Musik.

What ticket types are available?

Tickets are sold in Zones A, B, C and D.

Can I book a ticket for my companion or carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request 1 free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. Once you've bought your own ticket (you must hold a valid ticket first), send us the relevant supporting documentation. Once we receive it, we'll issue a voucher so you can claim your free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You'll need to show both your ticket and the companion ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't available under any other circumstances (check our terms and conditions). If your ticket is eligible for Flexible Cancellation, you can request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience; no supporting documents are needed, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to someone else.

On board the MS Bleichen (Australiastraße 51b, 20457 Hamburg).

How long does it last, and when should I arrive?

The concert lasts 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; late entry after the concert has begun isn't possible.

How do I get to the venue?

By public transport, take the S-Bahn or U-Bahn to Elbbrücken or Veddel; from there, bus line 256 takes you directly to the Hafenmuseum stop, right around the corner from the ship.

Is food or drink available?

There's a small bar on site. Bringing your own food or drinks isn't allowed.

Can I bring animals?

Pets aren't allowed, with the exception of service animals — please fill out this form in advance if a service animal will be accompanying you.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, the venue isn't wheelchair accessible.
