Candlelight: Tribute to Queen and The Beatles brings the music of two legendary British bands to The Lantern Community Church in Calgary. Hear their best-loved songs reimagined by a string quartet, live, in a room glowing with candles: an intimate, multi-sensory Candlelight concert.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Music was amazing, candlelight was beautiful! I would suggest t on the main level next time as view is very obstructed from the balcony. I thought just the beams would be an issue but the whole railing blocks the view.

The Lantern Community Church 1

The Lantern Community Church was built in 1875, by blue-collar families of Inglewood by pooling their wages, to make a building welcoming all neighbours in the community. It now hosts many many artists, producers, & Calgary community events such as: Calgary Fringe Festival, Sophie Armstrong & our Candlelight Concerts.

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A, Zone B (mid balcony) and Zone C (side balcony, limited visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their carer. You need a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased yours, please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for ages 8 and up. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To request one, please contact us with your ticket ID. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Where is the experience taking place?
The experience takes place at The Lantern Community Church in Inglewood, Calgary, at 1401 10 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0X1.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached by bus and other means of transportation.
Is food served?
No food or beverages are served at the venue. You are welcome to bring your own water.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue has disability access. What is the Candlelight Photo experience?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively for guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area at the venue and receive a printed, Polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy the Candlelight Photo experience at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only: cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert. The photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed pictures with you before leaving, as we cannot keep any for you. If you leave without your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo experience.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience takes place, and announcements will remind everyone about it. Feel free to ask any staff member if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for it.
When should I arrive for the photo experience?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts, so there is time to take your photo: the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert begins.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
