Saturday was the first string Quartet I have ever been to and I have to say that I was truly astounded with how much I enjoyed it. This Saturday I plan to attend the Abba tribute and thoroughly looking forward to trying the other shows as well.

The Capri Theatre is a heritage-listed cinema in Goodwood, a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, built in the Art Deco style in 1941. It was formerly called the New Star Theatre, Goodwood Star, New Curzon, and Cinema Capri. It is owned by and is home to the Theatre Organ Society of Australia.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID to request a change. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time and close 5 minutes prior to the show.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drinks available?
Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at the venue in the Foyer. Only drinks are permitted inside the theatre; food must be consumed in the Foyer.
Is there parking available?
On-street parking is usually available near the venue.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Disabled access is through the main entrance; contact us ahead of time for wheelchair assistance so we can notify onsite staff and be prepared for your arrival. Within Capri Theatre, wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility are recommended to purchase tickets in Zones A or B, and we suggest accompanying guests select the same zone. There are also limited seats in Zones C and D, also on the ground level of the theatre.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance.
What are the different ticket types?
Front Row Seating offers the best visibility, followed by Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility). Please note that balcony seats (Zones B, C and D) are accessible only via stairs; wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility will be seated downstairs.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events; please contact us for a ticket.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The show begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user). No documentation is required; just contact us here to get your ticket refunded.
