The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time and close 5 minutes prior to the show.

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at the venue in the Foyer. Only drinks are permitted inside the theatre; food must be consumed in the Foyer.

On-street parking is usually available near the venue.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes. Disabled access is through the main entrance; contact us ahead of time for wheelchair assistance so we can notify onsite staff and be prepared for your arrival. Within Capri Theatre, wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility are recommended to purchase tickets in Zones A or B, and we suggest accompanying guests select the same zone. There are also limited seats in Zones C and D, also on the ground level of the theatre.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance.

Front Row Seating offers the best visibility, followed by Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility). Please note that balcony seats (Zones B, C and D) are accessible only via stairs; wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility will be seated downstairs.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The show begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
