The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before your experience starts. No documentation is needed, though the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user.

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start time.
