Do I need to print my ticket?
No, there's nothing to print. Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — just make sure you're logged in with the same login you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket date, or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the show starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't offered on standard tickets under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for details. If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (offered only on select events), you can request a full refund with no documentation required, as long as you contact us at least 48 hours before the show. Note that transferring a ticket makes it non-refundable.
How long is the show, and when do doors open?
The show runs 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and once it starts, no entry is permitted.
Is there food or drink at the venue?
Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are available for purchase before and during the show. If you're ordering alcohol, you must be 21+ with valid ID.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes — there's plenty of street parking as well as nearby parking garages around the venue.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, The Grand 1401 is fully ADA accessible.
What ticket categories are available?
Zones A, B, and C — Zone A seats are closest to the stage.
Can I get a free ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free companion pass. You'll need a valid ticket of your own first — once purchased, contact us for details.
How do I get to the venue?
Driving or a rideshare is recommended to reach The Grand 1401, located at 1401 Fulton St Ste 212, Fresno, CA 93721.
Can I bring my pet?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals — contact us in advance if you're planning to bring one.
Do I need to wear a mask?
All attendees are encouraged to wear a mask, though it isn't required. This policy is subject to change.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
It's an optional ticket type (only offered on select events) that lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend — just contact us up to 48 hours before the show starts, no documentation needed. Keep in mind it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
