Join this hands-on, social cooking class where you'll learn how to make sushi at home! In just two hours, you'll master the basics like preparing sushi rice, selecting sushi-grade fish, and rolling your own sushi, including a Salmon roll, Spicy Tuna hand-roll, and a "catch of the day" roll with fresh, local ingredients. Whether you're an experienced cook or a first-timer, the class is fun and casual, with plenty of opportunities to freestyle your rolls. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and guests will work together in groups. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, and note that drinks are available for purchase but not included in the ticket price.
