The Hotel Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana brings you a delicious stew at Planta Z, the trendiest terrace in the capital. We start with a vermucito and some homemade croquetitas de cocido. We will make a first pour with a good broth served in an authentic beer mug. We continue with a cabbage leaf that will be used as a papillote, we tempura it and fill it with the chickpeas and the vegetables from the stew.
