♿️ Guests with limited mobility are welcome to bring a wheelchair or portable scooter, but please note all guests must be able to step up into the vehicle as our vans are not equipped with a ramp or wheelchair lift.

👶 Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller, and those with young children must provide their own car seats and arrive 30 minutes prior to the tour to install them.

🚆 Public transportation options are available nearby, ensuring easy access to the tour's starting point.

🏋️‍♂️ The experience is suitable for all physical fitness levels, making it a perfect outing for everyone.

📍 The tour departs from the Austin Visitor Center located at 602 E. 4th Street, Austin, TX 78701. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time for check-in, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

🚗 Parking is conveniently available in the Austin Convention Center Garage connected to the Austin Visitor Center.

☔ The tour runs rain or shine, with the right reserved to cancel in the event of extreme weather for the safety of our guests and guides.

🐕 We do not permit animals or pets of any kind; however, guests with a service dog must contact the tour operator in advance for approval.
