1. Make your paid reservation for your blindfolded, dining experience on Fever
2. Indicate your dietary requirements using the form provided. 
3. Settle the bill for your meal at the restaurant

Experience information

• Exchanges are permitted up to 72 hours before the start time
• Ages 12+. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Food and drink is not included in your reservation fee. The cost is $60 per menu, to be paid on site, plus tax and a 20% gratuity.
