In this fun, hands-on and interactive class, you will learn the tips and tricks of how to make a dough from scratch, using ricotta cheese as the base. Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make a creamy tomato sage sauce to enjoy with your gnocchi. During this class you will learn the techniques for gnocchi dough preparation, sweating onions and garlic, reducing liquids over heat, and much more!
