♿️ Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, including transportation options and all areas and surfaces, ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone.

👶 Infants and small children are welcome to ride in a pram or stroller, and infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Please note, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

🔞 The venue enforces a strict age policy: minimum age is 18 years, with entry to the pub restricted to persons aged 18 and over, unless attending a booked family show or kids magic master class. We operate the "Challenge 25" scheme to ensure compliance.

🍺 For the safety and enjoyment of all, customers believed to be drunk at the door will not be admitted. Disruptive customers during the show will be removed without hesitation and no refunds will be given.

📵 During the show, we kindly request that mobile phones are switched to silent, there is no talking, heckling, or interruptions of the performers, and no audio or video recordings or flash photography.

🎟️ Regarding bookings & cancellations: no cancellations, alterations, or reductions can be made unless the venue is contacted 14 days prior to the performance date. Tickets will not be sent out as we are a ticket-less service; booking confirmation and e-receipt will be emailed.

💡 Shows may include strobe lighting and smoke effects. Please be aware that show times will be emailed to all completed bookings.

🔞 Shows are strictly for over 18's, except family shows suitable for ages 7 and up. All shows are subject to last-minute lineup changes, and in the rare event of a cancellation, alternatives or refunds will be offered at the venue's discretion.
