About the venuePauluskirche - Ev. Lydia-Kirchengemeinde Dortmund
The Pauluskirche on Schützenstraße is the only Protestant church in the northern part of Dortmund. It dates back to the late 19th century and is dedicated to Saint Paul. The church is managed by the Lydia community and has hosted a wide range of concerts as a cultural church since 2005.

What types of tickets are available?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal carer. After buying your own ticket, send us the relevant supporting documents; we’ll then provide a voucher you can use to get the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience starts; contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances, except with a Flexible Refund ticket (see below). See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket (available for selected events), and how does the refund work?
With a Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts; if the ticket is transferred to someone else beforehand, it’s no longer eligible for a refund. No documents are needed — just contact us here to request it.
How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?
The experience lasts 60 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
It takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and drinks be available?
No food or drinks are sold on site, and bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed.
Is parking available?
There are only a few parking spaces near Pauluskirche; the nearest car park is at the “Cinestar” cinema. As parking around the venue isn’t always guaranteed, we recommend allowing extra time to find a spot or considering alternative ways to get there.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the church is easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals; please fill in the corresponding form in that case.
What is “Candlelight Photo” and how does it work?
“Candlelight Photo” is an optional photo experience in a specially set-up area; each purchase includes one printed Polaroid-style photo. Guests who book it online together with their concert tickets get priority over on-site purchases (card payment only, while stocks last). The photo session usually takes place after the concert; you’ll receive a QR code for it separately by email. Please collect your photos on site, as they cannot be kept for later collection, and no refund or rescheduling is offered if you leave without them. Refunds are only available if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
