The Palácio da Bolsa is a historic building in the center of Porto, with elegant rooms and great acoustics, ideal for events. The rooms are unique, such as the Golden Room, the Court Room and the Arab Hall. The Patio das Nações is impressive, flanked by 20 coats of arms representing countries with which Portugal maintained relations of friendship and trade.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Are refunds available?

Only if you purchased a Flexible Refund ticket. With this ticket you can request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the event starts. No documents are required. If the ticket has been transferred to another user, it is no longer refundable.

What different ticket types are available?

Seats are split into zones: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (very good visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (average visibility). Seats are assigned by our staff on arrival, by order of arrival and according to the ticket type purchased.

Is there an age requirement to attend the event?

Yes, all attendees must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

How far in advance should I arrive?

You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your zone. The concert starts on time; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not be able to enter the room.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Attendees who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal assistant/carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required), please contact us with the corresponding supporting documentation.

Can I transfer my ticket(s) to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app.

Can I take photos or videos during the concert?

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Phones should be kept on silent throughout the concert.

Are the candles flammable?

No. For the safety of all attendees, all candles used are flameless (LED).
