Proposed workshops and activities

Here is our proposal of workshops and activities to bring back the magic in this edition:

• Dynamics and connection games with Carlos Pontini.

These are activities to get to know each other and establish bonds. The purpose is to foster communication, empathy and group cohesion through challenges, creative games and conversations that allow participants to interact in a fun way.

• Tai Chi with Rafa Lozano

We will approach in a simple way to this ancient art and the joy of its practice through movement, balance, fluidity and harmony. A fantastic way to start the day.

• AcroYoga with Cristina Lau

AcroYoga is a unique fusion of yoga, acrobatics and human connection. No matter your experience or your physical shape, this workshop is adapted to you. Through challenging postures, play and exploration, you will awaken your body, mind and spirit. Connect with your partner and discover a new level of trust and fun.

• Mud Art Therapy with David Sanz.

Clay is a material that basically contains water and earth. It is highly manipulable and transformable, which generates a sense of control and capability, which has direct effects on the person's self-esteem. It not only allows us to modify our personal perceptions but also our emotions. This is why clay is used as an element of transformation in art therapy.

• Dance Fusion with DJ Yisus and Carlos Pontini

An experienced Dj mixing different musical styles, generating waves of rhythm to Dance Free, without judgement.

Search for the connection with ourselves, and once there, open ourselves to dance with the other, listening to their body and flowing with it, without any rules other than enjoying and making enjoyment.

• Creative hiking with Carlos Pontini.

A workshop given on route through beaches, forests and cliffs along the coast of Moraira.

The goal of our festivals is always to help you find your Happiness, and for this we rely on two pillars: Art and Nature.

We will walk, enjoy the environment, connect with and among ourselves, and perform various creative tasks that will help you in your personal quest.

• Improvise your laughter with Javier Crespo

Improvisation allows us to experience a situation with the freedom to act without a script. And so little by little our actions gain more strength than the judgment of others, and our own, focusing on the present moment, on reality as it emanates from us and from others, interacting, testing, taking risks, giving ourselves to the moment, to the fun.

• Collective art jam.

It is a space for play and experimentation with art as a means of expression. Music, theater, dance, poetry, drawing, etc. take place in an improvised way but guided by monitors with experience in this type of meetings. It is a matter of sharing what each one of us knows how to do and also of combining it all in an aesthetically pleasing and joyful way.
