Proposed workshops and activities

• Dynamics and connection games with Carlos Pontini:

Activities to get to know each other and establish bonds. The purpose is to foster communication, empathy and group cohesion through challenges and conversations that allow participants to interact in a fun way.

• Yoga with Jose Mari Albarrán:

Through the use of different Asanas (postures), Pranayamas (breathing techniques) and Dhyanas (meditations) we will calm the mind and nourish the body awareness in the morning.

• Perception, skin and contact: An approach to Contact Improvisation, with Trinidad Quinteros and Mario Correa:

Beginning with a slow and gentle body work enters in contact with one's own body. It travels from the ground and skin to move towards the perception of gravity and weight. It reviews all the basic elements of Contact dance, music, body listening, contact, play and above all enjoyment.

• Siesta/Musical massages with Carlos Pontini:

A space to relax and indulge in a rich 4-hand massage or a restorative nap to the sound of a musical set specially selected for the occasion.

• Emotions in Movement Laboratory with Silvia Royo and Oskar Valles:

Emotions accompany every step in life, they are the way in which the soul communicates. Music and movement provide a powerful tool to connect with them, to express them in a non-verbal way, to learn from the messages they give us and then to be able to release them.

• Free Dance Session with Javi Rubio:

Just dance and connect with your inner self and with others through movement, on the beach, in a wonderful environment, with a careful selection of music that seeks to accelerate and decelerate our movements with joyful rhythmic waves.

• Dibuterapia with María Wall and David Sanz:

Painting can be a channel of expression to reach what we do not know how to express verbally. With graphite you will try to avoid perfectionism and value judgments to open yourself to what your hands want to express beyond your conscious expectations. Through the use of color, you will explore human temperaments and how, through its use, you can relate more harmoniously with your inner self and the world through a meditative journey.

• Excursion to Seduction with Carlos Pontini:

A workshop given on route along the beaches, caves and cliffs of the town of Moraira.theater is a useful tool for personal development. This workshop seeks on the one hand the empowerment and development of our capabilities to become the best version of ourselves. On the other hand, it aims to pay attention and improve our empathy, a basic tool in our relationships with others.

• Collective art jam:

Space for play and experimentation with art as a means of expression. Music, theater, dance, poetry, drawing, etc. take place in an improvised way but guided by monitors with experience in this type of meetings. It is a matter of sharing what each one of us knows how to do and also of combining it all in an aesthetically pleasing and joyful way.
