Breathtaking show with such talented musicians! The only suggestion I have is to give the musician a mic when they are speaking - it was difficult to hear what they were saying.

What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
Available for selected events only, this ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend, up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required — unless the ticket has been transferred to another user, in which case it becomes non-refundable. If refunded, you'll get the full ticket price back minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option (money can take 10+ days to appear, or you'll get a new voucher if you paid by voucher). If exchanged, you'll receive a voucher of equal value, redeemable only for the same experience you originally booked.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Balcony (great visibility). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be purchased in advance through the app or website.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This optional package offers a unique photo experience: you'll be photographed in a specially designated area and receive a printed Polaroid-style picture as a souvenir (1 per purchase). Photos are taken before the concert (the photo experience ends 10 minutes before it starts), so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose your picture before it's printed and can collect it at the exit — please make sure to collect it before leaving, as we can't retain pictures or offer a refund or reschedule if you forget (refunds only apply if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons). Photos can also be purchased at the venue (card only, subject to availability), though guests who book online in advance get priority. You'll receive a QR code by separate email, which the photographer will validate on-site.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
