Description
Our mission is to spread health and wellness to the community. Move and Create will be held Saturday 2/17 at 5pm at West Adams Pilates. This event offers an evening of physical and mental stimulation in a safe and creative environment. We will begin the night with an invigorating open level Pilates mat class led by BEAM Pilates, so do not forget to bring your mat! Following class, refreshments from the House of Hidden Jewels will be served before Swan Movement Arts leads the group in a sound bath meditation. Lastly, Therapeuart will guide everyone through a therapeutic painting session to promote creativity and self awareness. Our goal is to assist our community in strengthening their minds and bodies from the inside out.
