Beeindruckende Veranstaltung mit unvergleichbarer Atmosphäre. Gänsehautmomente inkludiert.

Der Abend war stimmig beginnend bei der musikalischen Umsetzung für den Klavieflügel bishin zur atmosphärischen Umrandung. Die Künstlerin hat authentisch und mit viel Herz die Musik zum Leben erweckt.

St. Matthäus Church is an architectural masterpiece in the neo-Gothic style. It was heavily damaged in World War II and had to undergo extensive restoration. Today, it is a popular venue for worship services and concerts. The interior of the church, with colorful stained glass windows and a splendid altar, offers a splendid atmosphere.

The nearest underground, tram and bus stop is Sendlinger Tor. The nearest suburban train (S-Bahn) station is Karlsplatz (Stachus).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required), please send us the relevant supporting documents; subject to availability, you'll then receive a voucher for the free carer ticket. Please show both tickets at entry.

The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 45 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

What is "Candlelight Photo" and how can I book it at the venue?

"Candlelight Photo" is an exclusive photo experience for guests who book it: you get photographed in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase as a keepsake. Photos can be bought at the venue until sold out (card payment only, no cash); guests who book it online together with their concert ticket are given priority.

How and when do I get my photo, and can I get a refund?

The photo session usually takes place after the concert. You choose your photo on-site for printing and must collect it there, as it cannot be kept for you; if you leave without collecting it, no refund or new appointment can be offered. Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control.
