Description
Have you ever wondered what it's like to dine in the dark? For many years, leading psychologists have argued that dining in the dark is the best gastronomic experience. Studies show that 80% of people eat with their eyes; with this sense eliminated, the theory is that the other senses - taste, taste and smell - take over to elevate the meal to a whole new level. After putting on the blindfold in a dark room by candlelight, you'll realize that focusing only on taste and smell can be a truly enlightening experience - as long as you're not afraid of the dark!
