Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket ID if you need help.

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals won't be permitted.

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Balcony Front (great visibility) and Balcony Back (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. Tickets aren't sold at the venue — you must purchase them through the Fever app or website before arriving.

Yes. You can park at the Actors Theatre of Louisville parking garage at 130 S. 3rd St. Parking costs $10 and can be paid with cash, credit or debit card. The garage has seven levels, with designated accessible spots on the Mezzanine Level closest to the Main Street elevators — we recommend those elevators for the most direct route into the theater.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free companion ticket. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us with your details and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Yes. The venue is ADA compliant, with accessible seating located in Zone C.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance.

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to your specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases (online or on-site) are final: non-refundable and non-returnable.
