The venue itself doesn't have its own car park, but there are plenty of spaces in the surrounding parking garages.

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D, as well as for the Gallery (centre and side).

Yes — guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket, send us supporting documentation; we'll then provide you with a voucher code to purchase your free Carer ticket (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show both tickets at entry.

Only service animals are allowed at the venue; pets aren't permitted.

"Candlelight Photo" is an optional add-on photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a dedicated area and receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase. The photo session usually takes place after the concert. You'll get more details about the exact location on site; please remember to collect your photos before leaving the venue, as they can't be kept for later. Refunds are only available if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
