Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't allowed under any circumstances. Check our T&Cs for more details.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and once it starts, latecomers won't be able to enter.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, at Musikhalle Ludwigsburg.
Will food or drinks be available?
Drinks can be purchased at the venue's own bar before the concert; no food is served.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport, you can reach Musikhalle Ludwigsburg via the S-Bahn (lines S4 and S5) or regional train (R4 and R5) to Ludwigsburg station, right next to the venue. The venue is also reachable by car.
Is there parking available?
The venue itself doesn't have its own car park, but there are plenty of spaces in the surrounding parking garages.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D, as well as for the Gallery (centre and side).
Can I get a free ticket for my carer or support worker?
Yes — guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket, send us supporting documentation; we'll then provide you with a voucher code to purchase your free Carer ticket (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show both tickets at entry.
Can I bring my pet?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue; pets aren't permitted.
What is "Candlelight Photo" and how does it work?
"Candlelight Photo" is an optional add-on photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a dedicated area and receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase. The photo session usually takes place after the concert. You'll get more details about the exact location on site; please remember to collect your photos before leaving the venue, as they can't be kept for later. Refunds are only available if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
