Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same account you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Premium offers premium visibility, Zone A offers excellent visibility, Zone B offers great visibility, and Zone C offers good visibility.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating, at The Hohenberg Auditorium at the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art.

Is there food and drink available?

There is no food or beverage allowed or available for purchase.

Is there parking available?

Yes, limited parking is available in a private lot.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us for more information (a valid ticket is required before applying).

Does this venue have disability access?

Premium, Zone A, and Zone B seating are not ADA accessible. If you require disability access, please purchase tickets in Zone C. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
