The entrance to the Auditorium is through the parkade on Blanshard Street.

No, food or beverages are not served at the venue. You're welcome to bring your own water.

There's limited paid parking at the street parkade nearest the venue entrance on Blanshard Street; otherwise there's street parking and other parkades nearby.

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

Yes, this venue has disability access. We advise arriving early and identifying yourself to staff to receive priority seating and assistance.

A paid photo experience: you're photographed in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture (1 instant photo per purchase). It can be bought online in advance or on-site if not sold out (on-site purchases are card only, no cash); online buyers get priority. Photos are taken before the concert (the photo session ends 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early) and are printed during the show for pickup at the exit. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
