Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.
Find your seat
Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?

You’ll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same details you used to book. You’ll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge to another Fever account. Just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.

How long does the concert last and when do doors open?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time; please arrive by then, as entry is not permitted once the show has begun.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

A bar serving drinks is open before the concert.

Is parking available?

Parking is not available at the venue.

Is there a minimum age for the event?

The minimum age is 8. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I request a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Please contact us after purchasing your own ticket (you must already hold a valid ticket before applying).

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Can I take photos or record video during the performance?

Photos and videos are not allowed during the performance, except during the final piece, when the musicians will indicate that it’s allowed without flash.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed. Please contact us via this form if you’d like to bring a service animal.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance via the app or website (www.feverup.com).

Are the candles safe?

Yes, all candles are flameless and safe.

Can I sit next to my friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we’ll do our best to help you.

Do I need to keep my phone silent during the show?

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, when indicated by the musicians.
