Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same email address you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types available?
There are three ticket categories available: Category A (excellent visibility), Category B (very good visibility) and Category C (good visibility).
Can I buy my ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you require assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Contact us with the relevant supporting documents once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before requesting this).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This event is reserved for people aged 8 or older, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert stated on your ticket. Contact us with your ticket ID to request this. No refunds will be granted. For more information, please check our terms and conditions.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are granted, unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket (see below).
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to request a full refund in case you decide not to attend the experience (only available for certain events).

You can request the refund of your Flexible Cancellation ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
