Music and the vibe were great! Musicians performed all pieces very passionate and beautifully. The only downside was that the right speaker had some side noise from time to time which was annoying

My second visit, this time with whole family. It was excellent, but the highlight was watching my somewhat sceptical older teens thoroughly enjoy so much.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

It lets you get a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us; no documentation is required. Note: the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the show last?

The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts; late arrivals won't be permitted.

What is the minimum age requirement?

Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?

Collingwood Town Hall Ballroom, 140 Hoddle St, Abbotsford VIC 3067. It's within walking distance of Collingwood train station and served by multiple bus lines.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I sit together with friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Are the candles flammable?

For attendees' safety, all candles used are flameless.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?

It's an optional paid photo package: you get your photo taken in a dedicated area before the show and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). You'll get a separate QR code by email to show at the photo point, and photos are taken up until 10 minutes before the concert starts — arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for it. You'll choose your photo before it's printed and collect the physical print at the exit; if you forget to collect it, no refund or reschedule is possible. Photos can also be bought on-site if not sold out, by card only, but online buyers get priority.
