As a special treat, you’ll make the popular sticky rice dessert to enjoy alongside your meal—a dream for coconut lovers! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make Green Curry paste from scratch in both traditional and quick methods for home cooking. Plus, we’ll cover basic knife skills, sourcing fresh ingredients, and using specialty spices. Green Curry is served with rice, and you can choose from chicken or tofu as your protein.
