The Paradise Theatre is a movie theatre located at 1006 Bloor Street West in the Bloorcourt Village neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It first opened in 1937, closed in 2006, and then was to be turned into a pharmacy. However, it was restored and re-opened on December 5, 2019.

What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page shows the different zones available for purchase. Zone A has the best view, while Zone D may only have a partial view. Zone D tickets at Paradise Theatre are standing room only.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or at www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased yours, contact Fever support for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for ages 8 and up. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to purchase it. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.

How do I get to the venue?
Paradise Theatre is on the north side of Bloor St W, between Ossington and Dufferin.
Will drinks be served?
Yes. A concession bar, bottle shop and café are open before and during the concert. The venue's attached restaurant, Osteria Rialto, is also recommended.

No, animals are not allowed except for service animals.

Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes. You can transfer your tickets to any Fever account at no cost with the “Transfer Tickets” option in the app. If you need help, contact Fever support with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. All candles are flameless for the safety of everyone attending.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before it starts, subject to availability. Contact Fever support with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a ticket with flexible cancellation. You can exchange your ticket for another date or time up to 48 hours before the original start, subject to availability, by contacting Fever support.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
It is a paid add-on: your photo is taken in a designated area and you take home a printed, Polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy it online with their tickets have priority. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Pictures are taken before the concert. The photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early.
When do I get my picture?
You choose your picture before it is printed. Staff print the pictures during the concert and you collect yours at the exit. The venue cannot keep pictures for you.
What if I leave without collecting my pictures?
If you forget and leave without your pictures, no refund or rescheduling is offered.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside, venue staff will explain the experience and where it takes place. There will also be announcements, and any staff member can help you.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo?
You will receive a separate email with a QR code, which the photographer at the venue must validate before taking your picture.
Are refunds allowed for “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
Only if the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you will be refunded.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
