Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; check our Terms & Conditions for more details.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, and Balcony. Zone A is closest to the stage. Please note the balcony is not ADA accessible.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request one free pass for their caretaker. You must have a valid ticket first — once purchased, contact us for more information.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation required) — note it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

How long does the show last, and when should I arrive?

The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts — late arrivals will not be permitted.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food and beverages served?

No food or beverages are served at the event, and outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except service animals. Contact us in advance if you plan to bring a service animal.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available in the lot next to the venue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does this venue have disability access?

The lower level is ADA accessible, but the balcony seats are not. If you have special seating needs, please let us know in advance via our contact page so we can accommodate you.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Wearing a mask is encouraged but not required. This policy may change.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be picked up at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they're tied to the specific date and location, all online Candle add-ons are non-refundable and non-returnable once collected — all sales are final.
