Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
There are 4 zones, ranging from the best possible visibility to fair visibility.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.
Where does the experience take place?
Saint Mary's Cathedral, Main Hall, Bridge St, Limerick, V94 E068, Ireland. It's an indoor candlelit setting inside the historic cathedral.
How do I get to the venue?
The cathedral is found on Bridge Street, opposite the Locke Bar.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.
Is there food or drink available?
There is no bar available at the concert venue. However, you can add a Meal Package at checkout to enjoy a discounted meal at the well-known Spitjack restaurant in Limerick, redeemable on the day of the concert. Check the online plan for more details.
Is there parking available?
The venue itself has limited parking after 5pm.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, it does. Please contact us for any particular needs.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing your own cushion for extra comfort, as well as warm clothing, since the cathedral can be cool inside.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
