Es war wirklich wieder wunderschön. Ich hätte es mir in einer Kirche fast noch imposanter vorgestellt und dennoch war es eine schöne einstimmig auf die Weihnachtszeit. Leider haben 3 Mädels in der Reihe vor uns die gesamte Veranstaltung gefilmt, Selfies gemacht, gequatscht und ständig ihre Plätze gewechselt. Sehr anstrengend und es hat das Erlebnis für uns etwas geschmälert. Und trotzdem immer wieder gern.

The Apostel-Paulus-Kirche in Schöneberg-Mitte is a historicist brick building in the neo-Gothic style. It offers space for spirituality and has outstanding acoustics for concerts and radio services. The church is also a place of interfaith dialog and is rented out for cultural events. A place of community and faith.

What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before your visit via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your own valid ticket, please send us the relevant proof. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you get the free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). At check-in, you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the start. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, you can use the Flexible Refund Ticket to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You'll receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it's no longer eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

How do I get to the venue?

Is food and drink available?
No, no food or drink is sold on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please let us know in advance via our customer service.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the church is wheelchair accessible. Please send us a short email in advance at hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything.
Is there parking available?
There is no on-site parking.
What is “Candlelight Foto”?
An add-on package with a special photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake per purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” on site?
Yes, while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience online together with their concert tickets have priority. On site, only card payments are accepted, no cash.
When will my photo be taken?
Before or after the concert. To allow enough time, the photo session preferably takes place after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site, our team will then print them and you can take them with you. Don't forget to collect them: we can't keep them for you, and if you leave without your photos, we won't be able to offer a refund or a new appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
When you enter the venue, our staff will give you all the details, and you'll also hear announcements about it. If you have any further questions, just ask our staff on site.
How do I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site to start your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Only if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In that case, your booking will be refunded.
Is there an interval?
No, the concert lasts 65 minutes with no interval.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
