What are the different ticket types?
There are three ticket types: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for ages 8+. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To change your ticket, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except with the Flexible Refund Ticket. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.
How do I request my refund?

Where is the experience taking place?
At the Auditorium at St. Ann's Academy (835 Humboldt St, Victoria, BC V8V 4W8).
How do I get to the venue?
The entrance to the Auditorium is through the parkade on Blanshard Street.
Is there food served?
No food or drinks are served at the venue. You are welcome to bring your own water.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Yes, this venue has disability access. We advise arriving early and identifying yourself to the staff to receive priority seating and assistance.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively for guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and, as a souvenir, you'll receive a printed polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so we have enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my pictures?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you can collect them at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed pictures with you before leaving, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you leave without collecting them, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo experience.
Where do I have to go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, the staff will explain where the photo experience takes place, and announcements will remind guests about it. Please feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
How do I show proof that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have your QR code validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for it.
When should I arrive for my photo?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have time to take your photo: the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert begins.
Can I enter once the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
