St. MatthÀus Church is an architectural masterpiece in the neo-Gothic style. It was heavily damaged in World War II and had to undergo extensive restoration. Today, it is a popular venue for worship services and concerts. The interior of the church, with colorful stained glass windows and a splendid altar, offers a splendid atmosphere.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D as well as for the gallery.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require support throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant proof. Once we've received it, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. In this case, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at St. MatthĂ€us Church (Nußbaumstraße 1, 80336 Munich).
How do I get to the venue?
Nearest U-Bahn, tram and bus stop: Sendlinger Tor. Nearest S-Bahn station: Karlsplatz (Stachus).
Is there food and drink available?
No, no food or drinks are sold on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you need to be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the church is accessible and wheelchair-friendly.
Is parking available?
Paid parking is available nearby in the Sonnenhof car park as well as in the car park at Kustermann.
Can I still be let in after the concert has started?
No. Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no interval.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
