🎫 Heated Glasshouse and Chalet Reservations with Meal included (Only 1 ticket required per reservation): Includes Admission to Winter Wonderland + 1 Entree & Hot Chocolate per person, with reserved seating inside a heated igloo + Complimentary Santa hats! Enjoy access to all of the games, photo moments, mini carousel rides, Rudolph's game room plus Meet & Greet Santa 7 days a week. Guests pick 1 entrée each from "Santa's Kitchen" menu (optional appetizer and entrée upgrades available), a server to take your orders. See the full menu here

*You can meet and greet with Santa 7 days a week! Santa's hours are:- From Mondays to Thursdays: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.- Fridays: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.- Saturdays: 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.- Sundays: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

*NYS Sales Tax & 18% Gratuity will be added to the final bill for all Glasshouse and Chalet bookings based on the ticket cost and any additional purchases made at the table.

Seating Options: (Only one Ticket Per Reservation required)

• Chalet: High-top seating for 2 or 4 people (large communal heated glasshouse with a more vibrant and fun vibe)
• Glasshouse: Waterfront Tables for 2, 4, or up to 6 people (more intimate with less guests seated in the same glasshouse at their own tables)
• Private glasshouse: available for 2 or up to 10 people (Just You and your party!) Fully private.

⏳ Duration: 90 minutes for Guests dining in Glasshouses & Chalet's. Private glasshouses for 10 (120 minutes). General admission guests can expect to spend 45-60 minutes, but have no set time limit.

👤 Age requirement: all ages are welcome! Children under 3 enter free of charge for the general admission experience
♿ Accessibility: the venue is suitable for people with reduced mobility
🧤 Please note: General and VIP Admission tickets grant entry to the outdoor experience only; please choose a glasshouse rental if you wish to be seated indoors. Although glasshouses have heaters, guests are advised to dress warmly. Event is rain or shine.
