The Apostel-Paulus-Kirche in Schöneberg-Mitte is a historicist brick building in the neo-Gothic style. It offers space for spirituality and has outstanding acoustics for concerts and radio services. The church is also a place of interfaith dialog and is rented out for cultural events. A place of community and faith.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal caretaker. Once you've bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a code you can use to get your free caretaker ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the caretaker ticket at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds possible?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances — unless you booked a Flexible Refund ticket for a select event: you can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts and get a full refund, with no documents required (contact us here). Please note the Flexible Refund ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another user.

The experience takes place at Apostel-Paulus-Kirche (Grunewaldstraße 77A / corner of Akazienstraße, 10823 Berlin-Schöneberg). The nearest U-Bahn station is Eisenacher Straße.
Is the experience indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Is food or drink available?
No, no food or drinks are sold on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the church is wheelchair accessible. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything.
Is there parking available?
There is no on-site parking.
What is "Candlelight Photo" and how does it work?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a specially set-up area, with your photo session taking place before or (preferably) after the concert. You'll choose your photos on site and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase as a keepsake, which you must collect on site — we're unable to keep it for later. As proof of your booking, you'll receive a separate QR code by email to show the photographer on site.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photos" at the venue, and can I get a refund?
Photos can be bought at the venue until sold out (guests who book the photo experience online in advance are given priority); only card payments are accepted on site. Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control.
