Candlelight: A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics brings a live string quartet to St. Rogers Depot in El Paso, lit only by candles. Film and television themes and Halloween favorites set the mood for a spooky night of live music.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

This was my first time going to one of these shows. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed everything about it. It was a great date night out for us. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was perfect. I hope that we are able to attend another show soon.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: the first few rows, closest to the stage. Zone B: the middle section between Zones A and C. Zone C: the back rows.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I request a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, contact us for more information. You must hold a valid ticket before applying.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, signing in with the same login method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time. Contact us with your ticket ID to request a change.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the original booking, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
A flexible cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or an exchange if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel a flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
Card and PayPal payments are refunded in full to the original account, which can take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. Tickets bought with a voucher return a new voucher in the Vouchers section of the app, separate from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You receive a refund of the full ticket price, except the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. Use the voucher to book a new date and/or time for the experience.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
An exchange voucher can only be used to buy the same experience.
How do I request my refund?
Use the refund request form in the Fever help centre to ask for your ticket to be refunded.

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
