Sehr schön, leider zu kurz die Veranstaltung und sehr schlechte park Möglichkeiten

Dankeschön für den wundervollen Abend! Es war unglaublich schön!

Sehr schöne Veranstaltung in einem tollen Rahmen. Der Pianist hat sehr gut den Sound von Linkin Park rübergebracht und das war ganz sicher nicht einfach. Wirklich toll, das machen wir sicher noch einmal.

Das Konzert war wirklich sehr schön! Einzig die andauernd umherlaufende Crew war unfassbar störend.

Das war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis !

Ein atemberaubend schönes Erlebnis, ein grandioser Pianist, der sogar mehrere Zugaben gegeben hat, obwohl er im Anschluss gleich noch ein Konzert gespielt hat, ein äußerst stimmungsvolles Ambiente, alles sehr gut organisiert und zudem Musik von einer meiner Lieblingsbands - besser geht`s nun wirklich nicht mehr. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut in Ordnung. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

The Pauluskirche on Schützenstraße is the only Protestant church in the northern part of Dortmund. It dates back to the late 19th century and is dedicated to Saint Paul. The church is managed by the Lydia community and has hosted a wide range of concerts as a cultural church since 2005.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app if you log in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email — there's no need to print anything.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the show starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are only possible if you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket for this event.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another Fever account for free, directly in the app.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 40 minutes before the show starts, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to get a seat in your zone. Latecomers cannot be admitted once the show has begun.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Will there be food and drinks?

Drinks can be bought on site, but no food is sold. Outside food and drinks aren't allowed.

Is parking available?

There are only a few parking spaces at the church itself; the nearest car park is at the Cinestar cinema. Parking isn't guaranteed, so allow extra time or consider alternative transport.

Is there an age requirement?

Guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What are the rules during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent throughout the show, and you may only leave your seat in an emergency, out of respect for the musicians and other guests.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Pauluskirche has accessible access, with wheelchair-accessible seating available in Zone A and Zone B. Please get in touch with the organiser in advance if you need assistance.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as requested by the musicians.

What ticket types are there?

There are tickets for Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their carer. After buying your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), send us proof of your needs. We'll then provide a voucher so you can buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Show both tickets together on entry.

Are the candles real?

For everyone's safety, the hall is lit with flameless LED candles.

Can I bring animals?

Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals.
