Can I change the date and/or time of my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us with your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time for the originally purchased event are allowed up to 48 hours before it starts, subject to availability; contact us to change your ticket.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start time.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food served?

There is no food or drink available inside the concert hall. If the bar is open, drinks and food can be purchased before or after the concert, but not during it.
