What ticket types are available?
Tickets are available for Premium Zone, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and your arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers won't be allowed in.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, you can sit together if you've bought tickets in the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For everyone's safety, the candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Phones must be kept on silent for the whole concert.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can't leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets can't be bought on site: they must be purchased through the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just send the person who'll be using them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document proving the need for assistance and we'll send you a code to get the free ticket. You'll need to show the document together with the tickets at the entrance.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store), by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. The confirmation email also includes a PDF with the barcode to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather conditions affect the event (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email at the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.

At the Salone Bernini, Palazzo Ripetta, Via di Ripetta 231, Rome.
How do I get there?
By car or public transport: metro line A, Flaminio stop.
Will food be available to buy?
Yes, there's a bar and a restaurant on site.

Animals aren't allowed, except for assistance animals.
