A experiência foi mágica, só não dou nota cinco pela estrutura do local. O ar condicionado não estava suportando a quantidade de pessoas e não gelou bem, e poderiam ter servido água antes ou depois do espetáculo. Fora isso, a experiência musical e artística foi incrível!

Half-price, Entrada Social, and Full price for the Zones. Each zone has a different price, depending on proximity to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything, you just need to show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or email after arriving at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Customers who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 01 (one) free pass for their personal assistant/support staff. After purchasing your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students; Seniors; People with special needs (PNE) and a companion; Low-income youth; Teachers from state public schools and municipal school systems (preschool, elementary, and high school levels). All the people mentioned above must present a document proving such status. Otherwise, they will not be able to benefit from the half-price ticket and must pay the full ticket price.
How does the Entrada Social ticket work?
The “Entrada Social” ticket is a ticket category that can be purchased by anyone, with no proof required. This ticket includes a R$ 5 donation to NGOs and non-profit organizations, already included in the ticket price.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms.
Can I take photos or record videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during suitable moments, with the main screen dimmed and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat, except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts to choose a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will start on time and the audience should already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, in order to respect the musicians' performance and the audience's experience, you will not be allowed into the show.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (location change/postponement), rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together, and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles are LED.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
