Pretty good

The concert was exceptional and I would certainly return to another event. The venue was superb. The downside was that I purchased two tickets with cancellation protection and could not access the site (for some reason) to cancel one ticket as my friend could not make it. I was so happy to see the side lights turned off this time. It completely changed the atmosphere to what I expected from the ‘candlelight’ atmosphere. The one thing was a let down was how distracting the mobile phones were during the last song… theatre shows enforce no phones throughout and I think it would be acceptable to do so for these performances too.
